About Me

Hi, I'm Ben Young

I'm a problem solver, lifelong learner, and builder at heart. My journey began on a farm in South Dakota and has taken me from leading soldiers in the U.S. Army to managing multi-million dollar budgets for the government in Alaska. Along the way, I've built deep experience in leadership, finance, and development, and I've learned how to navigate complex challenges and bring people together to get results.

After walking the Camino de Santiago, I found a renewed sense of purpose and a passion for creating value for others. I'm currently pursuing my MBA in Europe and having fun learning to code and exploring how AI can be used to build helpful tools. I'm looking for an opportunity to help a company grow and to contribute with my background in relationships, finance, FP&A, leadership, and development. Whether in operations, strategy, or building new ideas, I'm here to solve problems and make an impact.
